Summary
You may receive one of the following errors when using Laserfiche Agenda Manager 7.1, the Send to Laserfiche option in Microsoft Word, or when retrieving text from a Microsoft Word document:
Note: This issue only affects Laserfiche Agenda Manager 7.1 when the Agenda Manager Add-in for Microsoft Word is installed on a computer with Laserfiche client 7.x installed.
Resolution 1
This issue is resolved in Laserfiche client 7.1.2. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche.
Resolution 2
There is a hotfix available for Laserfiche client 7.1 and Laserfiche client 7.1.1. If you are experiencing this problem with an earlier version of Laserfiche client, you must upgrade to Laserfiche client 7.1 before applying the hotfix. The hotfix is an updated version of LFOffice11.dll (version 1.1.0.3).
To update Laserfiche client 7.1
regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Laserfiche\LFOffice\LFOffice11.dll"
Note: This resolves the issues with the normal.dot template file with regards to Laserfiche Office Integration and Agenda Manager. If the normal.dot file has been modified or
