Summary

When an administrator uses the Laserfiche Administration console to copy a user account, the user's password will not be correctly copied. The new user account will have no password.

Cause

Laserfiche Server stores user passwords in encrypted form. The Laserfiche Administration Console cannot retrieve the password when copying user accounts. The copy of the original user account will have a blank password.
