Date and time tokens ($date$, $time$ and $datetime$) may be formatted inconsistently with the machine's regional settings.
If the service is logging in as the local system account, the tokens will be replaced by the date and time format designated when the operating system was installed, regardless of the
computer's current regional settings. To resolve this, set the Import Agent service to log in as a user whose date and time are set to the desired regional setting.
To modify the Import Agent service login
- Click Start, navigate to Control Panel, Administrative Tools, and select Services.
- Scroll down and select Laserfiche Import Agent 7.
- From the Action menu, click Properties.
- In the Laserfiche Import Agent 7 Properties dialog box, click the Log On tab.
- Select the This account option.
- Specify the user account name and password of a Windows user whose date and time settings are set to the format you desire.
- Click OK to save your changes and close the dialog box.
- From the Actions menu, point to All Tasks and click Restart to restart the Laserfiche Import Agent 7 service.
