Summary

The E-mail Document(s)... option in Laserfiche Client 7 creates e-mail messages using the default e-mail program on the client computer. To change the e-mail client used in Laserfiche Client 7, you will need to change the default e-mail program for Windows.

Set the default e-mail client used by Windows.

To set the default e-mail program

  1. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click Internet Options.
  3. In the Internet Options dialog box, click the Programs tab.
  4. Select the e-mail program you wish to use from the E-mail option.
  5. Click OK to save any changes and close the dialog box.

Note: This procedure will set the default e-mail program for Windows, not just for Laserfiche.
