Commonly requested files and information
- Please provide the information listed in the General Technical Support Checklist (1010992)
- Event logs: Event logs can be generated from the Event Viewer. For this program, the Application log is most relevant.
- Click Start and then click Control Panel.
- Open Administrative Tools.
- Open Event Viewer.
- In the Event Viewer window, select Application.
- From the Action menu, click Save log file as.
- Specify a name for the log file, choose to save as an .evt file, and click Save.
- webaccess.log: This file is generated by the Web Products Administrator's Utility.
- Open the Web Products Administrator's Utility.
- Select the Logging tab.
- Specify the path for the location at which you want the log to be generated.
- Change the Log Level to Complete.
- Click Ok.
- Repeat the steps that produce the Web Access error.
