Summary

Attaching a legacy volume (version 5) requires the LaserFiche Server for Windows NT (version 5) or the legacy Client (version 5) to be installed on the computer hosting the LaserFiche Server. The legacy LaserFiche Server should not be running.

Note: It is recommended that you migrate volumes before attaching them to a LaserFiche database. Attaching legacy volumes (version 5) that have not been migrated will cause the volume to lose security.
