Summary

There is a limit to the number of documents that can be imported in a single session from the Import dialog box. The approximate import limit is 500 documents.

Workaround

You can either:

• Split the number of documents to be imported into groups of 500 or less. Import each set of documents through the Import Files dialog box.
• If you would like to import more than 500 documents at a time, then you will need to drag and drop your documents into the database.

The approximation of the total number of documents that can be imported in a single import session was calculated by the length of the filename. Therefore, the actual limit may be higher or lower than the amount stated above.
