Summary
Consecutively using the Import Files dialog box to import files may prevent the Import Files dialog box from appearing for the rest of the session.
Resolution
Install LaserFiche Client, Desktop, Executive, Intuition, Notebook, or Plus version 6.03 or higher.
Additionally, install LaserFiche Server version 6.03 or higher.
Note: If you do not wish to upgrade LaserFiche, then you should refer to the workaround.
Workaround
If the Import Files dialog box does not appear when called, you may import files by dragging the desired files into the directory pane of the folder browser.
If you would like to use the Import Files dialog box, then you should close and then restart the LaserFiche Client\Standalone.
