Summary

When you insert a published Plus CD, the autorun does not automatically launch.

Cause

The Windows AutoRun feature enables published Plus CDs to launch automatically when inserted into a computer. This feature requires that the following criteria be met:

• An autorun.inf file must be located in the root directory of the CD.
• The Windows AutoRun feature must be enabled.

More Information

If you use Laserfiche Plus to first publish to a temporary folder, make sure that you burn the contents of the temporary folder into the root of the CD. Otherwise, the CD will not automatically launch the Plus viewer when inserted into a CD drive.
