Summary

When publishing an agenda packet that contains a Microsoft Excel supporting document, the publishing process will not be able to finish if the Excel document contains empty worksheets.

Resolution 1

This issue is resolved in Laserfiche Agenda Manager 7.2. Please upgrade to the latest version of Agenda Manager.

Resolution 2

There is a hotfix available for Laserfiche Agenda Manager 7.1. The fix is an updated version of AMAddin.dll (version 7.1.0.76 or later).

To update the Agenda Manager Add-in for Microsoft Word

  1. Close any instances of Microsoft Word 2003 and Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Click here to download a zip file containing an updated version of AMAddin.dll.
  3. Replace the AMAddin.dll located in the Agenda Manager Add-in for Microsoft Word installation folder with the AMAddin.dll included in the zip file. By default, the Word add-in is installed at C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Agenda Manager AddIn.
  4. Register the file.
    1. Click Start and then click Run.
    2. In the Run dialog box, type the following and then click OK to register AMAddin.dll:

      regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\LaserFiche\Agenda Manager AddIn\AMAddin.dll"
