Plus Known Issues
- 1001091 A "[7050]" Error Occurs When Publishing By Volume on an Oracle Repository. (23588)

As a Non-Administrator Windows User. (20159)
- The published repository will not include document links if the linked document is not included in the published repository. (21815)
- The published repository size estimate does not take into account documents that may be published when following a folder shortcut. (20857)
- When publishing large documents, you can occasionally receive a "Failed to import briefcase. (Indices locked due to processing [7821])" error. If you encounter this error, simply
try publishing again. You can also try separating the large document into multiple smaller documents. (20690)
- Laserfiche Plus cannot be registered if the computer it is installed on does not have a Network Interface Card (NIC). (18023)
- ejecting a published CD while Laserfiche Viewer is running can cause the viewer to become unstable. (16541)
- Laserfiche Plus cannot be started if you have multiple Laserfiche Client instances currently open. If you attempt to publish from a workstation with multiple open Laserfiche Client
instances,
you will be prompted to first close the other Client instances.
- If a Laserfiche instance of SQL Server (MSDE) has not been previously installed, users that do not have administrative privileges cannot view a published repository. The installation
of MSDE, which is mandatory for viewing a published repository, requires administrative privileges for the current Windows user. (10345)
- Laserfiche Plus requires .NET Framework during the activation and deactivation process. The Plus installation program installs .NET Framework 1.1 if it is not already installed.
However, if after the installation, you uninstall .NET Framework, you will encounter an error when you run the Laserfiche Product Activation Wizard. Reinstall .NET Framework 1.1 to
resolve this problem. Run the dotnetfx.exe file located on the Plus installation CD to install .NET Framework 1.1.
