Summary

When two network databases are indexed at the same time, indexing will not be performed for the second database.

Resolution

Install LaserFiche Client, Desktop, Executive, Intuition, Notebook, or Plus version 6.04 or higher.
Additionally, install LaserFiche Server version 6.04 or higher.

Note: If you do not wish to upgrade LaserFiche, then you should refer to the workaround.

More Information

After upgrading LaserFiche, databases will be indexed one at a time. Multiple requests for database indexing will be handled in the order in which they are received.

Workaround

Index your LaserFiche databases at different times.
