Summary

Deleting a public stamp from the list of available stamps may prevent you from placing other public stamps on an image or Web Access may apply the incorrect public stamp. You may receive the following error message:

Resolution 1

This issue is resolved in Web Access 7.1.1. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche Web Access.

Resolution 2

There is a hotfix available for Laserfiche Web Access 7.1. The fix is an updated version of StampSelect.asp (last modified on October 19, 2005).

Note: This issue may also affect previous versions of Web Access. However, a hotfix is only available for Web Access 7.1. If you are encountering this issue in an earlier version of Web Access 7, please upgrade to Web Access 7.1 before applying this hotfix.

To update Web Access 7.1

1. Click here to download a zip file containing StampSelect.asp.
2. Replace the StampSelect.asp located in the Web Access installation folder with the version included in the zip file.
