Summary

In Quick Fields 7.1.1, the Browse for a location options did not correctly load the Browse Folders dialog box. This prevents you from selecting the desired Laserfiche folder destination by browsing to it. You must manually specify the Laserfiche folder destination for your documents.

Resolution 1

This issue is resolved in Quick Fields 7.1.2 and later. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche Quick Fields.

Resolution 2

There is a hotfix for Quick Fields 7.1.1. The fix is a rolled-back version of Folder.vbs.

To update Quick Fields 7.1.1

1. Close any instances of Quick Fields 7.1.1.
2. Click here to download a zip file containing Folder.vbs (Last Modified on January 10, 2005).
3. Replace the Folder.vbs located in the HTML subfolder of the Quick Fields installation folder with the version in the zip file. By default, the path should be C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Quick Fields\HTML.
