Summary

Agenda Manager 7.1 is a standalone product separate from Laserfiche Server. However, certain organizations may want the list of Agenda Manager 7.1 users to match their existing Laserfiche users.

As an alternative to manually recreating the list of users using the Agenda Manager web site, there are VB scripts available that will automatically import a list of Laserfiche users associated with a Laserfiche repository into Agenda Manager Server 7.1.

1. Click here to download a zip file containing VB scripts for importing Laserfiche Users into Agenda Manager 7.1.
2. Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location.
3. Perform one of the following:
   • Double-click ImportLF6Users.vbs if you want to import Laserfiche users from a Laserfiche 6 repository.
   • Double-click ImportLF7Users.vbs if you want to import Laserfiche users from a Laserfiche 7 repository.
4. Click OK after reading the message boxes.
5. In the first input box, specify the name of the computer hosting Agenda Manager Server and click OK
6. In the second input box, specify the name of the computer hosting Microsoft SQL Server and click OK
7. In the third input box, specify the name of the SQL database associated with the Laserfiche repository containing the users that you wish to import into Agenda Manager and click OK
