New Features for Version 7.1.
- The user interface has been redesigned to be more user-friendly.
- Agenda Manager now includes an add-in for Microsoft Word. This allows you to more fully customize how an agenda looks by integrating agenda formatting tools into Microsoft
Word.
- Agenda Manager is now a standalone product and is no longer dependent on the Laserfiche Server.
- The approval process is now more flexible, allowing an administrator to set up approval routes containing multiple stages and conditional approvers that only need to review a submitted
agenda item when certain conditions are met.
- Submitters now receive an e-mail notification if a submitted item is rejected during the approval process.
- Agenda Manager now includes the ability to view auditing information for submitted items and meetings.
- Users can now delete or replace reports and supporting documents that are attached to a submitted agenda item.
- Users can import agenda items that were submitted for one meeting to a different meeting.
- Users that belong to a group(s) can view and edit agenda items submitted by other members of their group(s).
