Summary

A published repository may not be fully indexed.

Cause

During the publishing process, Plus reindexes the documents in the published repository. However, in certain situations, Plus will not wait for the indexing process to finish before completing the publishing process. This results in a published repository that is only partially indexed.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for Laserfiche Plus 7.1. The fix is an updated version of Plus.exe. This fix is included in Plus.exe (version 7.1.1.410 and later).

To update Laserfiche Plus 7.1

1. Click here to download Plus.exe (version 7.1.1.410).
2. Replace the Plus.exe located in the Laserfiche Client installation folder with the updated version. By default, the Laserfiche Client is installed at C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Client.
3. Re-publish the repository.
