Summary

When creating a SQL Database through the Laserfiche Repository Creation wizard or the Laserfiche 6 to 7 Migration wizard, you may receive the following error message:

    [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (Connect()).] Specified SQL server not found

Cause

SQL Server 2000 may not be updated to the latest service pack.

Resolution

Make sure that Microsoft SQL Server 2000 is using Service Pack 3 or later.
