Summary

Rotating an image to landscape orientation will display a thumbnail whose orientation is off by 180 degrees.

Resolution

Install LaserFiche Client, Desktop, Executive, Intuition, MinuteFile, Notebook, Personal Edition, or Plus version 6.03 or higher.

Network Installations: Install LaserFiche Server version 6.03 or higher.

More Information

Upgrading LaserFiche will not automatically readjust thumbnails that have been affected by this issue. However, whenever a thumbnail is regenerated it will appear in the correct orientation.
