Summary

When you perform a field search for field values that contain SQL wildcards, you do not receive any results.

Cause

SQL wildcards such as underscores ( _ ) and percent signs ( % ) are not correctly escaped when performing a field search.

Resolution

There is a hotfix available for Laserfiche Server 6.12. Laserfiche Server now correctly handles searching for field values that contain SQL wildcards.

1. Click here to download a zip file containing Hotfix_21472_21524.exe.
2. Extract the contents of the zip file to a temporary location.
3. Double-click Hotfix_21472_21524.exe to upgrade Laserfiche Server 6.12.

Note: This hotfix is only for Laserfiche Server 6.12 and should not be used on previous versions of Laserfiche Server.
