If Basic Scanning Mode is configured to rotate an image by a set amount, you may be unable to change the option to rotate an image automatically.

The Image Clean-up Options dialog box allows you to select the Automatically option. However, when you close and reopen the Image Clean-up Options dialog box, the By this amount (clockwise) option is again selected.

This issue is resolved in Laserfiche Scanning 7.1.1. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche Scanning.

There is a hotfix available for Laserfiche Scanning 7.1. The hotfix is an updated LFScan.exe.

Replace the LFScan.exe found in the Laserfiche Scanning installation folder with the one contained in the zip file. By default, Laserfiche Scanning is installed at C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Scanning.
