Summary
Laserfiche Scanning takes excessive amounts of time to load if a repository contains a large number of templates and/or volumes.
Resolution 1
This issue is resolved in Laserfiche Scanning 7.1.1. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche Scanning.
Resolution 2
There is a hotfix available for this issue. The fix is an updated version of BPConnection.dll. The loading process for Laserfiche Scanning has been changed to more efficiently handle large numbers of templates and/or volumes.
