In order to generate PDFs, Laserfiche WebLink must be installed on one of the following operating systems:

Windows Server 2003
Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2)
Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (SP4)

If WebLink is installed on a computer with Windows XP, please make sure that Service Pack 2 (SP2) has been installed. If WebLink is installed on a computer with Windows 2000, please make sure that Service Pack 4 (SP4) has been installed.
