Laserfiche Performance Counters for a Server Are Not Available When Logged on to that Server Through a Remote Desktop Session.

Summary

If you remote desktop into a computer hosting a Laserfiche Server, you will not be able to access the Laserfiche performance counters for that Laserfiche Server.

Workaround

Do not remote desktop into the computer hosting the Laserfiche Server that you wish to view performance counters on. You can access that server's performance counters by one of two methods:

  • Log on to a different computer on the network and view the Laserfiche Server's performance counters from there. This can be performed when selecting counters by specifying the name of the computer hosting the Laserfiche Server (e.g. \\ComputerName).
  • Log on directly to the computer hosting the Laserfiche Server.
