Client If you select a set of thumbnails and then choose to print, that set of thumbnails will not automatically be the specified page range for printing. (21520)
Client Laserfiche Client 7.1 cannot communicate with Laserfiche Server 7.1 when there is a firewall between them. The current version of the Laserfiche Firewall Compatibility Component is not compatible with Laserfiche Client 7.1.
Client The option to create custom toolbar buttons is only available for the Folder Browser window. You cannot create custom toolbar buttons for the Document window. (20117)
Client Certain printer drivers contain an option called "Print graphics as raster." If your printer driver contains this option, make sure it is enabled. If it is not enabled, image highlights may print as solid color blocks. (18350)
Client Migrating documents to another volume from the results of a full-text search will return an "Object locked [7390]" error. (16839)
Client If you have a Microsoft Office program installed, but have never started the program, you may encounter a configuration issue when you start the Laserfiche Client. You will be prompted for the Microsoft Office CD or given an error 1706. As a workaround, simply start any Microsoft Office program. Client When sending e-mail from Outlook to Laserfiche, Laserfiche may not recognize that an e-mail contains an attachment. As a result, the Import Outlook Message dialog box may not list the e-mail's attachment(s). This prevents you from separating the attachment from the e-mail message. Importing the e-mail message will always include attachments along with the message. (14299)
Client Microsoft Outlook 2002 may display a "Virus attack" message each time Office Integration is used with Outlook. This is the default Outlook behavior when a menu item is added to Outlook 2002. This is not a security issue involving a virus. (11762)
Client Color scanning does not work when using the Kodak scanner i840. Attempting to perform color scanning will generate the following message: cannot decompress image (61080). (13489)
Client If the folder path specified for archiving audit events does not exist, you may receive a 7361 error. (16030)
Client An administrator with the Manage Trustees privilege can delete Laserfiche user and group accounts. If this administrator does not also have the Set Trustee Privileges privilege, deleting all user and group accounts can create a scenario where the remaining administrator is unable to recreate the full set of user accounts. Client The following characters are unsupported for the name of a template or field: curly braces {}, brackets [], or quotation marks ". (11641)
E-mail The Outlook New Message window appears when sending a Laserfiche document as an e-mail attachment. If the main Microsoft Outlook application is also open, you will be unable to toggle between the two Outlook windows. Only the Outlook New Message window will be available while it is open. (18482)
Laserfiche Repository Upgrade Utility Data in the AuditSeries SQL table will not be kept when upgrading from Laserfiche 7.0.x to Laserfiche 7.1. If you wish to retain the data stored in this table, make sure to archive the your audit logs before upgrading to Laserfiche 7.1. This issue only affects installations that take advantage of Laserfiche Audit Trail and Laserfiche Records Management. (20259)
Laserfiche Scanning 1001014 A "The specified index is out of range for this collection [1040]" Error Occurs When Scanning into a Document with 0 Pages. (21624)
Laserfiche Scanning 1000979 Upgrading Laserfiche Scanning 7.0.x to Laserfiche Scanning 7.1.
Laserfiche Scanning Internet Explorer script errors can occur if the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International registry key does not exist. Windows should create the key if you change the computer's regional settings. You can also export the key from a computer that has it and import the key on the computer missing the key. (21346)
Laserfiche Scanning The Stop button in Laserfiche Scanning does not function when scanning from a Canon 7080 set to use "Panel Feeding." You should use the Stop button located on the scanner. (20753)
Laserfiche Scanning When scanning with Kofax, clicking the Stop button will stop Laserfiche Scanning. While Laserfiche Scanning is stopped, the scanner itself will continue scanning the remaining pages in the feeder. Any pages scanned by the scanner after Laserfiche Scanning has been stopped will not appear in Laserfiche Scanning until you click the Scan button. (20635)
Laserfiche Scanning When "auto feeding" is enabled on a scanner, clicking the Stop button will stop Laserfiche Scanning after an additional page has been scanned in. While Laserfiche Scanning is stopped, the scanner itself can continue scanning until the scanner timeout limit is reached. Any pages scanned by the scanner after Laserfiche Scanning has been stopped will not appear in Laserfiche Scanning until you click the Scan button. (20412)
Server 1001006 Laserfiche Server Does Not Support Creating Briefcases Over 2 Gigabytes or Briefcases With More than 65,535 Files. (21396)

Server Due to changes to Laserfiche Records Management, do not use Laserfiche Client 7.0.x to perform records management operations. (19216, 19169, 19167, 19110)
Server When using a terminal server, Laserfiche Snapshot 7.0 and earlier, Quick Fields 7.1 and earlier, Import Agent 6, and Laserfiche Client 6 will not share with the Laserfiche Client 7 a connection to the Laserfiche Server. (17446)
Server A search cannot be cancelled. Please note that this is a server-side issue. You can cancel a search from within the Laserfiche client. Cancelling a search will cause the client to stop waiting for a complete list of search results and it will return the client to a usable state. The search will continue on the server as a background process until it is completed. (13655)
Server The Laserfiche Server service will not shut down if any process (i.e. Laserfiche Client, Web Access, WebLink, etc.) is still connected to the Laserfiche Server after a crash. If this occurs, then you should end the Server process using Windows Task Manager. (11501)
Server Laserfiche Server may become unstable if documents are imported while Microsoft SQL Server is running a scheduled job. (8572)
