Summary

When you attempt to log in to WebLink, you may receive the following error message:

The specified module could not be found.

Cause

The following runtime libraries may not have been correctly installed:

• msvcp71.dll
• msvcr71.dll

Resolution

Manually add msvcp71.dll and msvcr71.dll to your Windows system directory on the computer hosting WebLink.

To manually install the necessary runtime libraries

1. Click here to download a zip file containing msvcp71.dll and msvcr71.dll.
2. Place the files in the Windows system directory at C:\WINDOWS\system32.
