WebLink 6 and Web Access 6 and 7 may stop displaying images. Instead of displaying an image, a red X will appear. This issue can be temporarily resolved by restarting IIS.
Because of multithreading issues, the image processing wrapper used by WebLink may not function correctly if WebLink tries to generate multiple images simultaneously. This issue may
also occur when too many users are simultaneously downloading PDFs.
This issue is resolved in Laserfiche WebLink 6.17, Web Access 6.01, and Web Access 7.0.2. Please upgrade to the latest version of WebLink and Web Access.
There is a hotfix available for Laserfiche WebLink 6.16 and Web Access 6.0.
