Install LaserFiche Client, Desktop, Executive, Intuition, MinuteFile, Notebook, Personal Edition, Plus, or Viewer version 6.03 or higher.

Network Installations: Install LaserFiche Server version 6.03 or higher.

The workstation viewing the multi-byte characters must be configured to use a code page that can handle the desired multi-byte characters.
