Summary
A splash screen appears when printing a listing of folder contents, a listing of search results, or a file plan. This splash screen does not disappear when you are using Internet Explorer 5.5.
Workaround
Close and restart the Laserfiche Client. If you are using a Standalone edition of the Laserfiche client or the Laserfiche Viewer provided for a published repository, you may also have to restart your computer.
Resolution
Please upgrade to Internet Explorer 6.0 or later.
