A "This page contains both secure and non-secure items." Warning Occurs When Opening a New Window.

When using Laserfiche Web Access over a secure connection (SSL), opening a new Folder Browser window, Search window, or Document window may return the following warning:

"This page contains both secure and non-secure items. Do you wish to display the non-secure items?"

Web Access creates a blank starter page before loading the page data. This blank page is what triggers this warning.

This issue is resolved in Web Access 7.1. A warning message no longer pops up when opening a new folder browser window, search window, or document window. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche Web Access.

Web Access will continue to function regardless of whether you click Yes or No. This is not a true security issue and thus, does not compromise the security of the Web Server (Web Access), Laserfiche Server, or the network.
