Summary

When you print a document from a published CD, blank pages are produced.

Workaround

Try the following print options:

• Scale to fit
• Disable redactions and annotations

To configure print options

1. From the File menu, click Print.
2. In the Print dialog box, click Options.
3. In the Printing Options dialog box, under the Print format option, select Scale to fit.
4. Clear the Include annotations check box.
5. Clear the include redactions check box.
6. Click OK to close the Printing Options dialog box and to save your changes.
7. Click OK to print.
