Laserfiche 7

Summary

If you print a rotated image with a watermark, the watermark may not print correctly. The watermark may be sized incorrectly and/or it may not print in the correct location.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in Laserfiche 7.0.3. Watermarks are now sized correctly and will not be rotated along with the image.

Workaround

If you are using Laserfiche 7.0.2 and you do not wish to upgrade to the latest version, then you may apply a hotfix to your installation. The fix is an updated version of LFImage.ocx. The fix is included in LFImage.ocx version 1.0.6.1.

To update Laserfiche

  1. Click here to download a zip file containing version 1.0.6.1 of LFImage.ocx.
  2. Replace the LFImage.ocx found in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Laserfiche\Controls with the LFImage.ocx included in the zip file.
  3. Register the new file.
    1. Click Start and then click Run.
    2. In the Run dialog box, type the following and click OK to register the file.

      regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Laserfiche\Controls\LFImage.ocx"
