Summary

Photo Capture may be unable to detect the Kodak EasyShare CX 7530 Digital Camera if it is using the default Kodak drivers included with the camera.

Cause

The drivers included with the camera cause it to appear as a local disk. Laserfiche Photo Capture can only acquire images from digital cameras and removable disks.

Workaround

Universal Capture, which is included with the basic version of Quick Fields, can retrieve images and other types of files from local, network, and removable disks. Instead of using Photo Capture, use Universal Capture to retrieve images from a Kodak EasyShare CX 7530 digital camera.
