Summary

When you use the Laserfiche Administration Console to add a "New Server Registration," you may receive the following error message:

Library not registered -2147319779

Cause

A DCOM-related issue involving LFEngPS has occured.

Resolution

Re-register LFEngPS.dll to resolve the issue.

To manually register LFEngPS.dll

1. Click Start and then click Run.
2. In the Run dialog box, type the following and click OK to register the dll:

   regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Laserfiche\LFObjects\LFEngPS.dll"
