Resolution

This issue is resolved in Laserfiche Scanning 7.1 and later. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche.

Workaround

A hotfix is available for Laserfiche Scanning for Laserfiche Client 7.0.2. The fix is an updated version of RegionSelection7.vbs.

To update Laserfiche Scanning

  1. Click here to download a zip file containing an updated version of RegionSelection7.vbs.
  2. Replace the RegionSelection7.vbs found in the HTML folder of the Laserfiche Scanning installation folder with the RegionSelection7.vbs included in the zip file. By default, Laserfiche Scanning is installed at C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Scanning.
  3. Reopen Laserfiche Scanning.
