Summary

Deleting a page in Laserfiche Scanning may delete the page that appears after it instead. In turn, this may prevent you from storing the document in a Laserfiche repository.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in Laserfiche Scanning 7.1 and later. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche.

Workaround

There is a hotfix available for Laserfiche Scanning 7.0.2.

To update Laserfiche Scanning

1. Click here to download a zip file containing an updated version of LFSCAN.exe.
2. Replace the LFSCAN.exe found in the Laserfiche Scanning installation folder with the LFSCAN.exe included in the zip file. By default, Laserfiche Scanning is installed at "C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Scanning."
