Summary

If Quick Fields Agent is configured to show its tray icon, uninstalling and reinstalling Laserfiche Quick Fields can prevent the Quick Fields Agent icon from displaying in the taskbar notification area.

Workaround

If the Quick Fields Agent icon is not being displayed and you would like to display it, then you should reset the Show tray icon option.

To display the Quick Fields Agent icon

1. Open the Laserfiche Quick Fields Agent dialog box.
2. Click Advanced.
3. In the Advanced Options dialog box, clear and then select the Show tray icon check box again.
4. Click OK to close the Advanced Options dialog box.
5. Click OK to close the Laserfiche Quick Fields Agent dialog box.
