This article documents the list of fixes in Web Access 7.0.1.
Fixes introduced in version 7.0.1:
- The uninstallation process now prompts for confirmation to remove all ASP files. If you customized your Web Access installation and do not want to lose your customized ASPs, please
back them up before continuing with the uninstallation of Laserfiche Web Access. (18009)
- A script error would occur when opening a document with a quotation mark in its name. This error could also occur if you opened a document linked to any document with quotation marks
in its
name and if you opened a document associated with a tag with quotation marks. This issue is now resolved and the error no longer occurs. (17994)
- Cookies were not saved when Web Access was located at the server's root URL. This prevented some Web Access properties from being saved. For example, Folder Browser options, default
stamp color, and changes to the default import volume were not saved. You can now safely set Web Access to use the server root URL. (17933)
- There is now an additional search option that allows searching by tags. (17920)
- When you install Web Access 7.0 and WebLink 6.x on the same computer, Web Access overwrites components that are shared with WebLink 6.x. This could cause configuration issues. This
issue is now resolved and you can safely install both WebLink
and Web Access on the same computer. Web Access now uses WAO7.dll and no longer shares WLO.dll with WebLink. (17761)
- An error would appear whenever the value of a date field was cleared. Date fields can now be cleared. (17729)
