Summary

Repository migration may incorrectly alter any existing workflow rules involving the ADMIN user and the EVERYONE group.

Cause

The default ID assigned to the ADMIN user and the EVERYONE group changed between Laserfiche 6 and Laserfiche 7. This may cause the automatic removal of ADMIN and EVERYONE from e-mail notification lists. Similarly, user and group destinations that point to ADMIN or EVERYONE may no longer be pointing to the appropriate user or group.

Workaround

After migrating a repository, please check and verify that the appropriate workflow rules are still configured correctly.
