Summary

When printing a PDF with Snapshot via a remote terminal session on Windows 2000 or Windows Server 2003, the text in the Snapshot-generated images shows up as squares. This issue does not occur if you are logged in as an administrator.

Workaround

Select the Print as image option when printing from Adobe Reader. Depending on whether you are using Adobe Reader 5 or Adobe Reader 6, this option is located in a different location.

Adobe Reader 5

1. From the File menu, click Print to load the Print dialog box.
2. Make sure Laserfiche Snapshot is selected as the printer.
3. Select the Print to image option.
4. Click OK to print.

Adobe Reader 6

1. From the File menu, click Print to load the Print dialog box.
2. Make sure Laserfiche Snapshot is selected as the printer.
3. Click Advanced to load the Advanced Print Setup dialog box.
4. Select the Print to image option.
5. Click OK to close the Advanced Print Setup dialog box.
6. Click OK to print.
