  • 1001006 Laserfiche Server Does Not Support Creating Briefcases Over 2 Gigabytes or Briefcases With More than 65,535 Files. (21396)
  • 1000722 Reinstalling the Laserfiche Client Necessitates Reinstalling Laserfiche Plus. (16448)
  • 1000826 A "Could not display the licensing agreement." Error Occurs When Publishing. (17900)
  • On slower computers, users can encounter a timeout issue during installation. Plus may not wait long enough for the MSDE installation to complete and can incorrectly assume the MSDE installation has timed out. (20326)
  • Some column data may not be displayed in the Details View of the Contents Pane. (20227)
  • In rare situations, users may encounter a timeout issue when opening a published repository from a CD. As a workaround, users can wait several seconds at the Start Page before opening the repository. (20160)
  • Users must be a Windows Administrator in order to publish a repository. (20074)
  • Users must be a Windows Administrator in order to view a repository. (19280)
  • Laserfiche Plus cannot be started if you have multiple Laserfiche Client instances currently open. If you attempt to publish from a workstation with multiple open Laserfiche Client instances, you will be prompted to first close the other Client instances.
  • If a Laserfiche instance of SQL Server (MSDE) has not been previously installed, users that do not have administrative privileges cannot view a published repository. The installation of MSDE, which is mandatory for viewing a published repository, requires administrative privileges for the current Windows user. (10345)
  • Laserfiche Plus requires .NET Framework during the activation and deactivation process. The Plus installation program installs .NET Framework 1.1 if it is not already installed. However, if after the installation, you uninstall .NET Framework, you will encounter an error when you run the Laserfiche Product Activation Wizard. Reinstall .NET Framework 1.1 to resolve this problem. Run the dotnetfx.exe file located on the Plus installation CD to install .NET Framework 1.1.
  • Publishing a folder does not record Export events in the Audit log. (16508)
  • Publishing a folder does not prompt the user for a reason for the export. (16509)
