Summary

On Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2), clicking the calendar icon, which is available when searching, displays the following message:

To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer. Click here for options...

Cause

Windows XP Service Pack 2 includes changes to Internet Explorer security settings that prevent the automatic running of scripts.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in Laserfiche 7.1 and later. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche.

Workaround

Click the message and allow the script to run.

Note: You must perform this action each time you load the calendar.
