Summary

After performing the Scanning installation with the TWAIN option, images cannot be exported in TIFF format.

Resolution

Install LaserFiche Client, Desktop, Executive, Intuition, MinuteFile, Personal Edition, or Plus version 6.03 or higher.
Additionally, install the LaserFiche Scanning installation that is distributed with version 6.03 or higher. Use the TWAIN option when installing scanning.

Network Installations: Install LaserFiche Server version 6.03 or higher.
