Entry Access Rights Scoping Does Not Function Correctly When Using Oracle.

October 18, 2004 | KB: 1000760
Server (Oracle) 7

Summary

If you are using Oracle as your DBMS, you can only create access control entries with a scope set to "This folder, subfolders and documents." While the Client allows you to choose which scope to use, the entry created in the Oracle database is always set to "This folder, subfolder and documents."

Resolution

This issue is resolved in Laserfiche Server version 7.0.1 and later. Please upgrade to the latest version of Laserfiche Server.
