Laserfiche Snapshot cannot be uninstalled if another shared Snapshot printer has been added to the list of available printers on the current workstation. For example, if you have Snapshot installed on a computer and then add another snapshot printer that is shared from a second computer on the network, you will be unable to uninstall Snapshot.

Resolution

Remove all shared Laserfiche Snapshot printers that have been added to your workstation. You should then uninstall Laserfiche Snapshot.
