Summary

The Laserfiche Administration Console shows multiple users still connected when there are actually a fewer number of users logged into the repository.

Cause

This is a display refresh issue in Microsoft Management Console. It can take several minutes before the node automatically refreshes.

Workaround

Manually refresh the node. Either select the refresh option from the Action menu or press the F5 key on the keyboard.
