Summary

Performing a "Due for cutoff" search for record folders eligible for cutoff will not return any record folders that are already cut off. For example, you have an active record folder that became eligible for cutoff yesterday. Performing a "due for cutoff" search with yesterday's date will return the record folder. However, if you then cut off the record folder and perform the same search, the record folder will not be returned as a search hit.

Workaround

If you wish to search for a record folder that is already cut off, please use the "Already cutoff" search option.
