When using ScanConnect and ISIS, the Fujitsu fi-5750C scanner scans correctly when using the automatic document feeder. However, when using the flatbed, you may receive the following error message:

No paper in feeder

Uninstall ScanConnect and reinstall LaserFiche Scanning using the TWAIN scanning interface.

If you already have the Kofax Adrenaline Capture Engine software, you may install LaserFiche Scanning using the Kofax scanning interface instead. For more information on installing Kofax, click the following article:
