Summary

Under certain conditions, changes made to index card field data would be lost after a document is closed.

Resolution

Install LaserFiche Client, Desktop, Executive, Intuition, MinuteFile, Notebook, Personal Edition, or Plus version 6.03 or higher.

Network Installations: Install LaserFiche Server version 6.03 or higher.

This issue takes place when a user opens up a document so that both the Image and the Index Card Fields are visible. After which, the user mush make changes to an index card field and then switch the viewing mode so that Image and Thumbnails are visible. Finally, the user must go to another page by clicking on a thumbnail and then close the document. The changes made to the index card fields are lost.
