Summary

When you attempt to print to Snapshot on a Windows 2000 computer, you may receive the following error message:

"Function address 0x6a90474e caused a protection fault. (exception code 0xc0000005) Some or all property page(s) may not be displayed."

Cause

Microsoft Critical Update 329170 causes this error.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in Snapshot version 6.0 and later. Please upgrade to the latest version of Snapshot.

Workaround

Manually remove Microsoft Critical Update 329170.

1. Click Start and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add and Remove Programs.
3. Select Hotfix 329170.
4. Click Remove.
